We have strong technical strength and rich experience in boiler design and renovation. The company has a superior geographical location, located on the banks of the Yangtze River, adjacent to Wuxi, Changzhou, and Zhenjiang, with convenient transportation. The company currently has over 70 employees, including 21 engineering and technical personnel, 6 senior engineers, 7 engineers, and 8 assistant engineers; There are 17 certified welders and 57 certified projects.
As an A-level boiler manufacturing enterprise and high-tech enterprise, the company always adheres to the following mission: to provide customers with safe and efficient boiler lifecycle operation and energy-saving and emission reduction solutions. The company's factory area is 13500 square meters, including a material preparation workshop of 3500 square meters and an assembly workshop of 10000 square meters. At present, we mainly manufacture boiler pressure parts such as water-cooled walls, headers, and serpentine tubes for Harbin Boiler Factory Co., Ltd. of Harbin Electric Power Group, Everbright Technology Equipment, Everbright Environmental Protection, Hangzhou Boiler Group, West China Energy, Nantong Wanda and other units, with an annual output of about 8000 tons. The company has two modern membrane wall production lines, including one submerged arc welding line and one gas shielded welding line; One container production line. We focus on improving production processes and innovating technologies to ensure that the quality and performance of our products reach industry-leading levels.
To meet production needs, the company has equipped a series of major production equipment, including but not limited to:
1. Numerical control cutting equipment: used for precise cutting and processing of boiler materials.
2. Welding equipment: Adopting advanced automated welding technology to improve welding efficiency and quality.
3. Metal processing equipment: including milling machines, drilling machines, lathes, etc., used for precision machining and assembly of boiler components.
4. Testing equipment: including ultrasonic flaw detectors, X-ray testing equipment, etc., used for quality inspection and control of products. By possessing advanced production equipment and technology, we are able to efficiently manufacture and process boilers, ensuring product quality and delivery time.
We provide one-stop design, manufacturing, installation, and maintenance services, dedicated to the high-quality manufacturing of boiler core components, including boiler blades, water-cooled walls, headers, superheaters, reheaters, economizers, and air preheaters. At the same time, we adopt advanced high-speed laser cladding technology in China to solve the problems of corrosion and wear of boiler heating surfaces.
The company is committed to the research and development, manufacturing, sales, installation, and engineering general contracting services of waste heat boilers, industrial boilers, power plant boilers, pressure vessels, and other production capacities.
